What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT the week of November 17

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updates with new Tributes details on gift records and a test feature (for some of you)!

 

View a gift's tribute information. With Honor/Memorial Tracking, you can track details about gifts given in honor, memory, or celebration of an individual or organization. On a gift's record, you can now view who the giving commemorates under Tributes. For each tribute, you can view the reason for the gift — such as "in honor of" or "for the anniversary of" — and who to notify that you received it (and when). For more information, check out the Tributes Help.



In upcoming releases, you'll have additional gift information such as related corporate matching gifts, pledge installments, and any benefits the donor received!



View records directly in lists (for some of you!) When some of you open a record in a list, such as when you select a constituent's name or gift amount, its information will now appear in a panel over the list, rather than its separate record. To best fit your screen, you can adjust the size of the panel as necessary. To navigate from the list to the record, select View full record. (Note that to test whether this truly helps ease the deeper analysis and management of records in lists, only some will get this feature. If all goes well based on feedback and usage, expect its wider release in a future update!)
