Update: Analyze Dashboards Are Not Updating With New Data

This issue has been resolved and your Analyze dashboards should be updating on the regular schedule of approximately 6 hours.  If you are still experiencing an issue, please contact us.  Thanks again for your patience as we worked through this issue!


We are aware of a latency issue with our analyze dashboards.   We are noticing that this issue is causing updates to occur outside of the normal six hour time window we are use to.  

 

We are currently working agressively to resolve issue, however a time frame for resolution is unknown at this time. 


There is not a need to create a case or contact support as we are aware that it is affecting all clients.  Once a resolution is in place we will provide an update to this blog.
