With the product continuing to evolve on a regular basis, you may have questions about a feature, ranging from why (and how) to use it, best practices, or a better understanding of a term or metric. Or maybe you just need a general overview or help getting the ball rolling as a new user. Well, good news... You have answers to these questions — and more! — at your fingertips.

In Raiser's Edge NXT, you can always select the question mark (?) in the upper right of the screen or form for all sorts of great information — answering the Whats, Whys, Hows, and more — based on where you are and what you're trying to do in the application. For additional helpful content, you can also drill into links "for more information" or search by keyword. If you still have questions or need additional help, you can also quickly access resources such as:
