To help convey — at-a-glance — a constituent's relationship with your organization, a history of their actions, appeals, gifts, and event participation now appears under
Timeline on their record. With this timeline, you can quickly view and scroll through the constituent's activity with your organization to gauge how often you interact with them and the impact those interactions have on their giving. (Previously, the timeline appeared with additional details under
