Updating The Welcome Mat With A New, Simpler Sign-in!

***Updating this post to announce that everyone now gets the new streamlined login, not just those who chose to try it early. I hope you enjoyed the sneak peek!***


To sign into Raiser's Edge NXT, you now use a new streamlined login. From here, you'll sign in — including through Google — and manage your password as you always have. As before, you'll also use this same login and account to access other Blackbaud resources like this very Community. Just think of it as us clearing the Welcome mat so you can get in and get active quickly and easily!

Will https://renxt.blackbaud.com eventually go to this page directly? We use Imprivata, and the re-direct causes the software not to work properly.

Great question, Ryan. Since this login supports multiple Blackbaud solutions (like the Community and Raiser's Edge NXT), the redirect is part of the current sign-in experience. Thanks for the heads up on the issue it causes with Imprivata, tho. It's something we'll look into, especially as we look to enable organizations to take more control of the authentication into their Blackbaud solutions through enterprise single sign-on. Thanks!

Hi Steve, we are in the process of upgrading to RE:NXT and use single sign on all our other enterprise systems. From what I understand there must always be a login to Blackbaud my community website before accessing RE NXT and/or Database View. We would prefer our users to only use a single sign on method to access all university systems, using their UTAS user name and single password.
