What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of November 22

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updates with additional requested details about constituents and contacts in lists, records, and search results!

View employment information for individuals. To learn more about the relationships individual constituents have with organizations, you can now view both their relationship and position with a business or company under Relationships on their record. For more information, check out the Relationships Help.

View education details in constituent lists. To view the academic history of constituents in a list, you can now include the new Education column. With this column, you can view up to two schools where the constituent most recently attended, as well as their degree, field of study, and graduating year at each. With Alumni Tracking, you can also view which school is marked as primary. To include the Education column, select Choose columns, Education, and Apply changes. View contacts' organizations in search results. To help determine why a person — particularly someone who isn't a constituent — appears in detailed search results, you can now use the new Contact for column to view a contact's organization. To view the detailed search results, enter the contact's criteria in the Search for a constituent field and select View all records or — if fewer than eight matches — Search relationship records.
