What's New For 2018: Constituent Location Filters!

To help focus on only the donors you need, Raiser's Edge NXT just introduced new location filters, including the ability to choose constituents based on details from their primary address and their proximity to a specific location or constituent. With these filters, you can:

• Plan a trip or coordinate meetings with multiple donors around a town
• Identify potential registrants for an upcoming fundraising event
• Determine areas to target with direct marketing

Filter by address. To include only constituents with specific details in their primary addresses, such as state or post code, select Filters, Location, and Filter by address; choose the country and details of the addresses to include; and select Done. To filter by additional address details, such as those in another country, select Add another address and choose its details. After you choose all filter sets, select Apply filters.

Draw a map filter. To include only constituents within a specific area, select Filters, Location, and Draw a map filter. With the map view, you can specify the areas — as a Rectangle area or Custom area — of the constituents to include, just as before.

Filter by radius. To include constituents within a specific distance around a specific person or place, select Filters, Location, Filter by radius, and then choose whether to include constituents around a location or constituent. Then search for the center point, enter the distance around the point — in miles or kilometers — to include, and select Apply filters.
