What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of July 30

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces an improvement to the new features announcements, and for those with Events, it includes the ability to delete participant records. View feature descriptions for your organization. To simplify which changes in Raiser's Edge NXT you see in the What's New section of the online help, descriptions now only show for features you have access to. For example, if you have access to a feature because your organization is part of its waved roll out, you see a description about it.

Delete a participant (for those with Events). To remove a participant or guest from an event, you can now remove their record from the list of participants, or the record of another person in their party.

I understand if the event is free, but what happens if the deleted participant had paid a fee to attend?

Hi Annie Thornton - First, I apologize for the delayed response. There’s an issue with notifications for the Community, so I just saw your post. Great question! If there's a fee or gift associated with a participant or guest, there isn't currently an option to delete them from the event. We're updating the docs to include this information. Thanks!
