What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT The Week of June 16

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces the ability to view and edit heads of households in web view. It also includes enhancements in Events and Email.  
View and edit head of household in web view. To help you identify households more easily, you can now manage who is a head of household in web view. Previously, you could only do this in database view. On a constituent's record, you now view if the individual or their spouse is identified as head of household.


In addition, you can view who the head of household is under Relationships, and make edits. When you edit a relationship, you now have the opportunity to select head of household options.

Note: If one spouse isn't a constituent, you can't mark either of them as head of household.

Event prices are now fees. To simplify terms in Events, prices are now called fees. Previously, events used both prices and fees to refer to the charges participants pay for events.

Edit event fees. Building on recent improvements to events, you can now edit fees in web view. Previously, you could only update them in the database view.

From Events, add or edit an event. Under Fees, select Edit from the menu  for the fee to change.

Delete email images. In Email, you can now delete images associated with draft and sent messages. Previously, you could only remove images you hadn’t used.

To tidy your image gallery, from Marketing, Email, open an existing message. Under Create your content, select Edit in an image content section and then select Choose an existing image. From the gallery, select Delete from the menu  for the images to remove.

Note: Images you delete from the image library still appear in the messages where you previously added them.
