Set how many participants to show in a list
To help easily scan a participant list for names — such as during check-in — you can now set the number of participants to show per page. Previously, you could only view 25 participants per page.
From an event record, under Participants, select Work with participants. Then next to Show, set how may participants to include in the list.
Enhanced guest entry in Events
To speed data entry in Events, you can now add and edit participant options for guests from a host’s record. Previously, you could only add participant options from each guest’s record. Also, to help you work from a single view as you add participant options from a host’s record, ten guests now appear on the first page under Party information instead of five.
On an event’s record, under Participants, select Work with participants and select the name of a host. Under Party information, add a guest and then select Manage participant options from the menu 
next to the guest’s name.
