What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT the Week of August 24

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces an enhancement for gift receipts. Review and resolve email failures for gift receipts and giving statements from a centralized place (for those with gift receipting).

Now you can view gift receipt and giving statement failures on the Failed tab under Gift receipting and Giving statements. Unlike Email tasks, the Failed tab displays all failures until you have time to resolve the error, resend the email, or remove it from the list.

To resolve failures, from Fundraising, Gift receipts or Giving statements, select the Failed tab. Contact the donor to ensure that the email you have on file for them is correct. If it's not, select their name under Donor info, and update their email address. Then select Resolve error, Resend receipt or Resend statement.

To remove a failure from the list, select Resolve error, Mark as reviewed.
