What's new in Raiser's Edge NXT - February 1st

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces a change in Settings to help standardize data you collect from forms. Update phone types for online forms

To help standardize data from Raiser's Edge NXT forms, you now can set a phone type with a format for phone numbers that follow the North American Number Plan (NANP). From Tools, Settings, Phone mapping, select Update for the mapping you want to set. Previously, you only set one phone mapping for all regions.

Note: A phone type must be set for both, NANP and other regions. Under Other, you must choose a phone type that doesn't use a format. In the database view, you set phone types from the Phone Type category in Tables under Configuration.
