When we say we want to work together with you on the transformation of Raiser's Edge NXT, we truly mean it. The Raiser’s Edge NXT homepage is evolving, and we want you to be a part of this transformation.

Over the past year, we have conducted a variety of research projects to help develop a new homepage for Raiser’s Edge NXT, aiming to create a more intuitive user experience. As daily users of this platform, your input is crucial to ensuring the new home page is optimized to enhance and streamline your work. We’re announcing our Early Adopter Program (EAP) for the new Raiser’s Edge NXT homepage, and we invite you to participate and shape its future. Running from October through January—with a break over the holidays—this program offers you the chance to explore new data insights and customization tools while sharing your feedback. We estimate that your weekly commitment will be around 30 minutes, during which we’ll ask you to use the new Raiser's Edge NXT homepage and provide feedback.

To kick off the EAP, we will host a 45-minute meeting in which we’ll set clear expectations, provide all the necessary information to help you succeed, and open the floor for your questions. As we near the end of the EAP, we’ll hold another 45-minute session to gather comprehensive feedback and allow you to engage in discussions with your peers about their experiences and recommendations.
