Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for September 10th, 2024.

• Rearrange and relabel designations on Optimized Donation Forms (for those in the US)

Rearrange and relabel designations on Optimized Donation Forms (for those in the US)

To give you the flexibility to change how multiple designations display on Optimized Donation Forms, you can change their display name and arrange them to the order you prefer after you add them to a form. From Online Giving, create or edit an Optimized Form. Under Donation, Designation, select the areas donors can give to and change how they display. For more information, see Optimized Donation Forms.

This is great! Now we just need a way to make it more obvious to donors that there is a choice in designation. The link is not as obvious as a drop down bar on a standard form. Even just a small note indicating that you can make a different selection below the “This gift will support…” language would help, I think.
