Patch Release Timeline Change for The Education Edge 7.87

In a recent blog post, I communicated a timeline for the upcoming changes to your Education Edge and Raiser’s Edge integration with the release of The Education Edge 7.87 patch 3 and The Raiser’s Edge 7.94 release.


However, our timeline for these updates has changed.  During our last round of quality control, we identified a potential risk to this release.  To ensure the integration will function as designed after you update your Education Edge and Raiser’s Edge applications, we will not be releasing at this time.


Instead, for our hosted customers, the Education Edge 7.87 patch 3 will be available this Thursday, February 5th and The Raiser's Edge 7.94 is available on Sunday, February 8th.


If you do not host these applications with Blackbaud Hosting, the updates will be available from the Blackbaud.com downloads webpage on 2/9/2015.

It is important that you apply The Education Edge patch before you update The Raiser’s Edge.
