What if I integrate with Education Edge and want to run the Contact Clean-up Plugin?

With Raiser’s Edge 7.94 contact information was moved from address records to a single contact grid located on the Bio 1 tab of the constituent record. With this change, all contact information was re-located, even information that existed on the relationship records. For many organizations, this created an influx of data on the Bio 1 contact grid that is historical or no longer active contact information. We have created the Contact Information Clean-up Plug-in to help identify and resolve contact information coming from relationship records. We also have tested and determined a best practice for using this plug-in when you integrate with Education Edge.
