K–12 90-Minute Academics Courses Tour - Part 5

Blackbaud University is hard at work making it easier than ever for you to get the product training you need. You don’t expect your students to sit through a three-hour class period, and now you don’t have to either. We are approaching the final stop on our tour of 10 new 90-minute K–12 Academics courses.

Welcome to the Dean’s Office—the downtown station for conduct, communication, and customized learning plans. As “officers” in the law of learning, administrative and support faculty regulate all traffic stops in student experience: student conduct and consequence management, official commentary regarding student performance, and learning profiles to ensure student success.

In Conduct, learn to configure initial settings for Conduct on your campus, and practice recording infractions from multiple roles. Establish infraction and consequence options, and learn how to view, approve, and report them.

In Official Notes, learn how to record any unexpected notes regarding student behavior and performance. Practice composing Official Notes, use the Manager role to view and approve any recorded notes, and run reports to display any notation information.

In Learning Profiles, learn to customize individual learning plans for students at your school. Create a variety of plans, and learn how to submit and approve Learning Profile forms and run reports on Learning Profile information.
