Time Saving Enhancements: Managing User Accounts For Smart Tuition

Our March 30 release features a number of enhancements for user accounts within Smart Tuition (Tuition management). Let's take a closer look at how you can save even more time!Let’s take a closer look at some of the enhancements included in the March 30, 2021 release. These are especially useful for schools who have a large number of user accounts for Smart Tuition (Tuition management).

You may notice significant improvements to the user interface for managing user accounts. From Settings, select Manage Accounts.



The new interface shows account information in a comprehensive grid. Use the new options on each row to quickly:

• Edit (such as to change the name, email address, login info, role, designation, and more),
• Withdraw,
• Disconnect Blackbaud ID,
• and more,

This reduces “clicks,” since you no longer need to expand the row to access these options.



Above the grid, select to Add New User without leaving the Manage User Accounts screen. And filter to show only Active or Inactive accounts.



As a final bonus, the information is now paginated, instead of shown in a long scrolling list. Select how many records to show per page or skip to a specific page.
