It's the last week of Badge Quest: Chamber of Badges! Have you collected this month's badges? Check out our contest HERE in Community and be entered to win a $100 gift card (where allowed by law). There's also a few new shiny badges for you to collect!

Next week, we'll be launching Badge Quest: Fellowship of the Badges. It will be a whole new set of activities for you to accomplish in order to get new badges in Community. Stay tuned!!

What's New?


We've made some major improvements to your profile page, the member search area, and product selection. It will make networking easier than ever in Community! But, it's also a good reminder to make sure your profile page is completed. Add your photo, pick your products, add your certifications, and write a bio. Read all about the changes HERE.


Members are asking how they can add their certifications to their profile page. The link to collect your certification badge in Community is located in your Congratulations email from Blackbaud. If you don't have access to that email, you can contact training help to get the link.

Thanks for the info on Certification badges!  I was wondering on those, and hadn't made it to the point where I had time to ask about how to get them.
