Highlights of the weekend: A barn fire with friends and gourmet meal of grilled ribs, vegetable shrimp salad, artichokes in champagne sauce & chocolate pound cake with chocolate drizzle!

It was supposed to be a beautiful day on Sunday until the late afternoon, but about halfway through our noon hike it poured down rain on us. Still had fun, just wish it had been less damp.

We went outside! and spent as much time as possible soaking it in as it looks like the next week will be all rain

Week 6 of Ninja Training ... this is my first post .... I'm a little behind! Best part of the weekend was that after years of searching, our family purchased a pottery wheel. We spent Saturday night watching my son throw pots. Hopefully next weekend I can try!

Running into half a dozen of my son's best buds having a mini reunion!! So great to catch up with them. We are on the east coast. My son is on the west coast, so he wasn't there. Watching my niece run in the Boston marathon. She even stopped for a hug!

My weekend's highlight was seeing 2 of my rugby teams that I support make it through the first round of playoffs!  The 3rd one didn't, but came so close.

A highlight was training on RE with new Development Assistant!  Yeah!
