And more!The "Reply by Email" button will be removed from all Community notifications this Friday, March 26th.

Here's why...

Your Community Managers discovered that the reply by email feature was creating double notifications.

We want to keep your personal info, personal. Signatures regularly appear with posts using the reply by email feature. (Strike two.)

For guidance, we asked our Blackbaud Community Ninjas (Clcik HERE to become a ninja) which button they used: the majority said they only use "reply on the site."

Therefore, starting this Friday, March 26th, there will be a single button on all email notifications that simply says "Reply". Clicking this button will take you to the site to reply to the forum.

Do you believe in luck? How about DOUBLE luck? Recently, a man in Tennessee won over a million dollars in the lottery and lost the ticket. After running around town all day doing various things, he realized that he had lost the ticket. Heartbreaking, yes. But he found it in the parking lot he had been in earlier in the day when he went back to look for it that night!

Unfortunately, the Job Listings aren't much help when the most recent is from last year, and I find it hard to believe that 2+ year old postings are still actively recruiting. Is there some mechanism to cleanup old postings?
