Would it be possible to open earlier? At the end of the day people are more willing to wait until tomorrow for a solution. However, when faculty and students start classes at 8:00 AM EST, about 30 minutes before that is when the "cannot do something critical" notifications start. Case Central not being open until 8:30am AEDT is unhelpful.
