We are committed to the future of our NetCommunity product and have been working over the past several months to refine our vision, and we’re currently preparing to share those plans with you. We understand your concerns regarding the number of new features included in version 7.0, which focused on compliance and quality rather than new features.


Rest assured that those changes were crucial to creating a strong base upon which to build the future of BBNC.


Subsequent versions will increasingly focus around creating a stronger and more robust user experience as well as maximizing relationships with your online supporters. 


We are investing heavily in BBNC and have increased resources greatly in 2016. You will start to see this yield results very soon.


We’re excited about the future of BBNC and digital here at Blackbaud, and we’re confident that you’ll feel the same way when we start to roll out these changes.
