We've lots of great content coming your way at bbcon 2018 on October 9-11th in Orlando, FL!  With hundreds of breakout sessions, attendees will have plenty of options to choose from and we want to share useful tools to help navigate the conference and get the most out of your experience. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in NetCommunity content in Orlando, here’s a list of sessions that you may find interesting:

 
Tuesday, October 9th

• 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Blackbaud NetCommunity Roadmap: Join Blackbaud NetCommunity’s product management and product marketing teams as they review recent changes and give a sneak preview of what’s in store for the solution.
• 2:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. | The Cloud Solution for Higher Education: Join veteran Blackbaud solution experts, Bill Walsh and Jim Ballou, for an energizing overview of how higher education institutions are achieving success on campus with the Blackbaud education cloud. In this fast-paced session, Jim and Bill will showcase Blackbaud Higher Education Solutions and share strategies that institutions are using to increase collaboration across campus, improve alumni and supporter engagement, and increase funds raised.

Wednesday, October 10^th

• 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. | 10 Ways to Get Your Email Out of the Spam Folder: In this session, we'll cover tips and tricks on content creation, list segmentation, and constituent engagement. We'll also look at real deliverability data from customer campaigns to illustrate what not to do. 
• 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. | Bullseye: Effectively Targeting Alumni in Blackbaud NetCommunity and Blackbaud Internet Solutions: Successful alumni engagement is all about building relationships. Join us as we share how some schools are leveraging Blackbaud toolds and social media to build meaningful relationships with alumni. Discover new ways to build an engaged alumni base at your school.
• 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. | Importing Contact Reports: Learn how to use Blackbaud NetCommunity and ImportOMatic™ to get gift officers to write better contact reports in a timely fashion. This session is aimed at prospect managers and gift officers.
• 4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. | Mapping Out Your Online Strategy to Best Engage Alumni: In this inspiring session for education professionals, we'll talk through different strategies to help you engage your audience for better online results in this fast-paced digital world.
