NetCommunity 7.1 SP5 Release Announcement

We are pleased to announce that NetCommunity 7.1 Service Pack 5 is now available. Key Highlights from the latest release of NetCommunity include:

Dontion 2.0 enhancements


As of this release, the Donation Form - Mini (Beta) has been renamed and is now called Donation 2.0.


We have added the ability to accept Recurring gifts using Donation 2.0. The part can also be configured to accept Tribute gifts, to allow donors to make a donation in honor of another individual. You can either allow donors to enter the tribute information or you can choose a specific tribute record that has been previously configured in Raiser’s Edge to use on the part. We’ve also updated the form to support Comments. Organizations can now include a comments section on the donation form. Donors can also share open-ended information in a text format in response.



Remove Disengaged Users


We've made an enhancement to the email settings that will enable you to remove disengaged users — those who haven't opened an or clicked an email in a specified period of time — from emails sent through NetCommunity.



Email Signup Form WCAG 2.0 Compliance


In our ongoing effort to ensure Blackbaud NetCommunity commonly-used parts meet accessibility standards, we're pleased to announce that the Email Signup Form part now meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA compliance guidelines.
