Updates to SKY Developer Applications

Blackbaud Marketplace inquiries – In the Blackbaud Marketplace, Blackbaud customers can now make inquiries about listed applications. From the application details page, customers use the Contact us button to send application publishers inquiry messages about their applications.

When a user submits an inquiry, Blackbaud sends an email with the inquiry to the application publisher. By default, we send the email to the SKY developer who registered the application. If you want someone else to receive those inquiries, you can define an alternate inquiry email recipient. From the SKY Developer Portal My applications page, open the application. In the Marketing tile, select Edit, Inquiry email recipient and enter your preferred email recipient for these notifications.

Blackbaud connected environments contact information – We also addressed requests for more information about Blackbaud customers who connect third-party applications to their environments. We added more details about the admin users who connected the application to the Blackbaud environment.

From your application details page in the SKY Developer Portal, select View environments. We now show a Connected by and Contact email column for each connection.

Export Blackbaud connected environments list – On the Connected environments page, we also added the ability to export the list as a .csv file.
