Test Webhook API with New Webhook Monitor Tool

We created a new application that enables you to test the status of the Webhook API with a Webhook Monitor add-in in our Blackbaud solutions.
With the accompanying instructions, you can learn how to test the API by subscribing to and monitoring API events with our monitor application tool. This enables you to determine if the issue with your webhooks is an availability issue with the Webhook API or something that needs to be fixed in your application.
Review the documentation to learn how to enable and use the Webhook Monitor tool. If you are using a SKY Developer Cohort sandbox, the application has already been connected for you. You can skip to step 2 in the instructions.
