Friendly reminder to verify the Payments API for CA AB 488 compliance

In January, we released changes to the Payments API due to California Assembly Bill 488 (CA AB 488). This is a courtesy reminder that Blackbaud has begun declining payments from California residents to organizations that are not in "good standing".You can now verify transactions from California residents are declined if your organization is not in "good standing".
