After June 30, 2024, Blackbaud will no longer support P400 payment terminals because our third-party supplier is discontinuing this device. To avoid interruption in payment processing, if your organization uses Blackbaud’s EMV-certified Payment Terminal solution in Blackbaud Altru or the Payments API, upgrade to BBPOS WisePOS™ E payment terminals as soon as possible.
