Introducing the Follow Up Service Dashboard for Smart Tuition

We have even more news to share with you after our discussion previously regarding the Self-Service Import. If you missed it, you can catch up on the news right here. Today, let's talk about the Follow Up Service.
Last month, Smart Tuition released its new Follow Up Service Dashboard. The new dashboard allows you to view both Follow Up and School Late fees on the school level. It also allows you to track how many Follow Up and School Late fees that have been waived on both the school and family account level.
How to set it up
To access the Follow Up Service dashboard by open Smart Tuition and scrolling to the bottom of the application page. In the Dashboard section, select Follow up service.
From the dashboard, you can view, Delete, and Export both Follow Up Service and school late fee data. This can be done for an individual fee or account or in batch for multiple fees or accounts at one time.
