API Connection errors

We purchased Lunchtab because we were told it intergraded with BBMS. However, the authencation process keeps dropping. How do we stop this? When it disconnects no one can place lunch orders. I know they use stipe but we are trying to stay with BBMS.

    This is not related to the back office payment. We picked LunchTab because we would to integrates with Blackbaud whenever possible. The authenticate keeps disconnecting. Once again, this morning, my parents could not order lunch due to the authentication dropping and having an error to BBMS which they state is the API. We want to stay with BBMS if we can fix this. Something is dropping the authentication.

    I did not add this but it is really causing us issues. Our school has 950 students and an onsite Cafe that needs the orders in a timely manner so they can prepare the meals.
