Enabling teacher access to student academic data for our app (School API)

Hi Team,

I want teachers or mentors to be able to see the grades and assignments of the students under their care. Looking at the school API (see attached image), the academics/assignments endpoint only allows access if the requester is a Student or Parent.

This setup doesn’t reflect how schools actually operate, since teachers and mentors are often the ones directly supporting students academically. Would it be possible to extend access so that verified teacher or mentor roles can also retrieve this information?

Alternatively, is there another API endpoint I should be looking at, or another approach we could take to support this use case?

That way, teachers can use the app/solution we’re building without extra workarounds.
