Bring back printing directly from AR Invoice screen

Customer service just informed me I can no longer print an AR invoice directly from the invoice screen. I have to now look up my invoices in one screen then go to the communication screen to run a report. That's creating a whole set of extra steps for something that was just 1 click in database view. For now I am continuing to use the database view for everything I can, please bring back easy printing before database view is taken away

Yes - this is driving me crazy. The fact that we can't print the invoice from the invoice record is ludicrous. Why do we have to get out of it to then go to communications to print? Then on top of that, we have to change it to printed in order to print it? So, if we want to print it again, we have to go into the record again to change it to unprinted. Make it make sense please.

Thanks for the reply @Crystal Bruce. I have seen this exact issue in the idea bank (actually quite a few times). One is dating back to March 24, 2025 and everyone I have seen so far just says "no status". So, it is a little discouraging that there has been no movement for what seems like a pretty prominent issue.

I agree with Kevin, those suggestions rarely get added to any type of a planned status. The you must mark this invoice as printed making it so you can no longer reprint without changing the status to unprinted first is so frustrating.
