No data is being returned from the OneRoster API

I'm trying to set up OneRoster integration within my cohort environment, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Currently, I'm using the sky developer cohort environment for testing, however, some of the endpoints don't seem to return any data. I followed the instructions here:

When I try to access the /school endpoint, all the data is returned; however, making requests to the /enrollments, /classes or /courses endpoints ended up returning no data, even though i'm confident that my demo cohort environment has courses pre-filled:

Unfortunately, I'm kind of stuck on this issue right now; do you have any ideas on how to fix it?
