Columns in Bank Registers changed

The columns in the bank registered are all changed again & they won't save the way that I move them. Anyone know how to save the column set up?

I've run into the same dilemma and it is incredibly frustrating, especially since we have multiple bank accounts. The default columns also seem to be ones I don't care about, and the filters don't stay the same either. I hope they fix this soon.

I am also experiencing this, and yes it is extremely frustrating. I just spoke with a support rep who did a screenshare w/ me and confirmed it was happening on the Blackbaud end (i.e. not user error). He is going to report it to the engineers and thinks he will be able to get back to me on Sept 10.

Update: This has been FIXED. The Blackbaud support person I spoke with sent my screenshots to the engineers and 48 hours later, my preferred layout was back again. Thanks, Blackbaud!
