Buffering has gotten really BAD

Are others having problems with SERIOUS buffering times - it has been horrible.

  • We have found that the "green heartbeat of life" happens most often when someone within our company is either validating or posting. For some reason it pretty much locks everything up during this processing time.

    Lots of waiting for us also. Plus I have been seeing the "you don't have access" or "oops something sent wrong" not quite plugged in GIF more than I would like to.

    I experienced this yesterday while training a newly migrated organization. A couple of users who have RE experience and were in the system before the others commented on how much slower it is than database view as well as the product they migrated from. Not a great look for a new product!

  • Yes, it has been really bad this week. Lots of "oops something went wrong" and "unknown error" when saving invoices or updating vendor records.

  • The green blob of doom has been an issue from day 1. There isn't enough overlap between me and our accounting assistant for internal bandwidth to be an issue. I fear the issue is with Blackbaud and perhaps their servers not being big/fast/spiffy enough.

  • Can anything be done to address these buffering and slow issues - we have had our side tested and it is not on our side of the house.
