Blackbaud CRM Search for Constituents - No date filters and no pagination

I don't see any date filters (e.g., last modified) or pagination on the Search Constituents endpoint. We're looking to regularly ingest recently updated constituents via a new integration however I don't see a viable way of fetching a list of recently updated constituents. Anyone have any recommended alternative approaches?

Hi @Dakota Fearn - You could use a Constituent query with criteria like Last modified = this week set within the query itself, and then use the List Adhoc Query Entries endpoint to retrieve the results via API. That endpoint does support pagination.
