Standard Workflow Events Not Emitted

Are the following events not emitted anymore on standard donation forms?

checkoutReady, checkoutLoaded, checkoutComplete, checkoutCancel, checkoutError

We had those event listeners on some of our standard donation forms, and they worked great until sometime within the past couple months. Without these working, we have no way of our parent page knowing if a donation went through successfully. This is breaking some of our workflows. Please advise.
