Is anyone else having trouble validating this morning? 10/29/25

My validation reports are running, but when I click "view report" the next screen isn't populating with any information. It's just a blank, white screen with what looks like a blue loading bar at the top, but it's doing nothing. I tried this with Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, and a Journal Entry. To troubleshoot, I signed out and signed back in. I also restarted my computer and nothing has helped. I also tried to get around the blank white screen by sending the report to PDF and Excel, but neither application opens, I just get error messages. Thank you.

  • Yes, mine are doing the same and Blackbaud is not responding to the chat I have opened either.

  • Thank you to everyone who responded. I'm frustrated it's happening, but glad I'm not the only one! I was also going to start a customer support chat with Blackbaud when I saw an "Active Issue Alert" on the Support page.

    It doesn't detail the specific problem, but I'm hoping the validation issue will be resolved today.

  • Just posted and the report didn't generate (although I got the green box stating it did). When I tried to download, it is just errors in all formats. How do we complete month/quarter/fiscal year end without getting our journal entry reports? And all the daily activity? Isn't testing and talking to users part of the development and upgrading process? Do better Blackbaud.

  • I just received an email from Blackbaud stating that everything is up & running, but I still can not Post transactions. Is this the case for everyone else?
