Account AND Project Number on the same row in GL report

Has anyone been able to create a report that has the following columns (i.e. Account and Project in the same row, and in all rows)?

While the budget format allows Account and Project in the same row, it appears the GL report (to run Actuals) always has to group by Account or Project. And running a query for multiple fiscal years isn't really an option. Thanks!

Following…would love to be able to do this along with being able to pull in the custom fields added from other areas. The information is in the system, we just cannot capture it on a report.
