Looking to speak with current RE NXT users (Mission to Seafarers)

Hi everyone,

I’m Sam from The Mission to Seafarers, posting on behalf of my colleague Sharon, who is leading our CRM review.We’re already using Blackbaud and are currently assessing how well Raiser’s Edge NXT can support our next phase of fundraising, church engagement and multi-stream supporter journeys. Sharon is really keen to speak directly with organisations who are actively using RE NXT day-to-day. If you’d be open to a short, informal chat, she’d love to hear your real-life experiences – particularly around:

• what’s working well for you in NXT
• where you’re still relying on RE Classic
• how you’re handling online giving, journeys and integrations
• how you’re finding reporting / dashboards in real life
• and any insight on the Blackbaud roadmap and whether it’s meeting expectations
