Poor performance with exports

Greetings,

We've been experiencing some very poor performance with exports. The ad-hoc query itself will run, but when run in an export, the export seems to hang on the "insert" part. A query that may take a minute to run will not seem to finish. I end up killing the process after 45 mins. This happens both as dynamic and static and when running either directly from the export page or via a "refresh static" queue. Anyone else encounter this sort of problem?

Hi @Sam Giacco for performance issues, we typically encourage you to reach out to Blackbaud support. Have you tried opening a support ticket? In the meantime, we can see if anyone has encountered a similar export issue and how they resolved it, but wanted to also make sure you were being supported!
