Reminder sent to complete in-progress forms

At the end of the year, we noticed a few grantees that did not send in their application form after being invited to apply (not using the formal BBGM invitation). Is there a way for us to send reminders to complete in-progress forms that haven't been submitted after 30 days? I noticed the email template GC 46 Form to Complete. Can we set that up to send automatically?
