Has anyone else seen rsAccessDenied when running reports?

Last Friday we started to receive errors when clicking View report on all reports with all users and on all browsers with cleared caches. The error says "The report could not be loaded. The permissions granted to user '[USERNAME]' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)". The username contains our site ID and "Rpt". Blackbaud set up this user, not an admin. The report doesn't time out, it just never runs. And it is for any date range including "Today".

We have an open case with Blackbaud support but we are curious if anyone else is receiving this error when running a reports like Event Attendance.

  • We are still experiencing the same error message and cannot access any report.

    I have asked that the case priority be escalated and they have now had me test the reports twice today. But it has not been successful.

    We are still awaiting a solution.
