Hey! 🙋‍♀️ Kate here from the Blackbaud Institute with a burning question for 2026: What steps are you taking to automate processes and diversify income this year? I ask because we surveyed your peers in early 2025 about risk to the sector and 74% see automation as a long-term solution for increasing efficiency, and 67% are actively pursuing new revenue streams.
