Renumbering Bank Drafts Not Showing Corrected in General Ledger

I have been renumbering bank drafts to match them as needed. Some have been posted, others are still waiting to post. I was renumbering them in web view, under the bank account's option. But I got kicked out of web view after a few hours of work. When I restarted my browser and logged back in, it only lets me renumber computer checks, not the bank drafts I need to correct.

I logged into database view and it still gives me all the payment options to choose from to renumber. In database view I'm having no issues with the actual renumbering.

But when we run the reports to post and/or reconcile, the bank draft numbers are not showing the newly corrected numbers. We have done batch validation and posted the month, but there's no change.

Is there something we need to do to maybe push a refresh from data base to web view?

    If your browser has an incognito mode, I'd try logging in through that to see if they show correctly. If they do, it's a cookie and cache issue. IF not, then it could be broke in WebView only and would need FENXT support's issue to look into it for you.
