Connecting to SOAP API via Power Automate

Hi

I have built several successful integrations in Power Automate using the SKY API and SKY API connector.

However the next integration I am building needs to add a Revenue Attribute and there is no endpoint for this in the SKY API

We already have a standalone integration which does this via a SOAP API. However, when I try to use this in Power Automate using the same URL, Authorisation method and credentials used by that integration it is failing with either 'You do not have permission to view this directory' for a POST method or a link to GenericErrorPage.htm for a GET method.

I have opened a support case with Blackbaud, but just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and was able to resolve it

This issue resolved after the hosting team whitelisted the IP address that the flow was coming from. Our Support ticket case number was 020760150 if anyone encounters similar issues. Microsoft do change the IP addresses used by Power Automate regularly (source https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/common/outbound-ip-addresses) ) so we shall see if the problem recurs in future.
