To keep things consistent, sessions will take place on the second Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. EST / 4 p.m. GMT/BST.

April 14: Import for Impact: Faster, Easier Data Management in Web View

Importing data is essential for keeping your information in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT accurate, complete, and ready for action. Imports let you quickly add, update, and organize data, saving you time while improving the quality of your records.

Join the Raiser’s Edge NXT product management team as they highlight new import tools designed to make your data management faster, easier, and more scalable.

What’s coming soon:

Import directly into gift batch, allowing you to review, edit, and manage gifts in bulk from the gift batch grid.
A streamlined workflow that lets you process multiple supported record types from a single file.
Faster, asynchronous processing so imports can run in the background while you keep working.
Bulk APIs to support quicker, more scalable data operations.

What’s coming next:

Bulk add/edit/delete capabilities in web view (idea bank)
A new import interface in web view, featuring options to import all supported constituent types and import into gift batch directly from the interface.
Expanded import options for areas like Events, Campaigns, Funds, and Appeals.
Additional constituent import types available via API.

InsideTrack sessions are designed to supplement the biannual Product Update Briefings by keeping you up to date on rapidly evolving Raiser’s Edge NXT features. Accordingly, we won’t host an InsideTrack session in May or November, since these are the months we present a Product Update Briefing. Starting March 26, 2026, you can register for the Raiser’s Edge NXT Product Update Briefing.

June 9: Next Level Gift Management in Web View

Gift management is key to tracking revenue, building stronger donor connections, and achieving your fundraising goals. Updates to the unified view are designed to make managing gifts more straightforward, adaptable, and efficient.

Join the Raiser’s Edge NXT product management team as they explore upcoming features including gift batch processing, gift adjustments and edits, automated online donation receipts, planned giving tools, and resources for acknowledgments and reminders.

I am so ready to hear what is being planned for printed acknowledgement letters. I really wish this had happened a LOOOONG time ago when the integration with MS Office was removed. Every nonprofit solicits gifts and thanks people, and this should be easy to do and highly prioritized. I have high expectations, as always!! 🙂 🤞

@Tanya Fitzgerald It looks like there might be an unintended required field on the registration form. Select the dates(s) is required and even if you put in 2026 and select the boxes you can't hit submit.
