OneRoster cache time?

Hi all -

Does anyone know the length of the OneRoster cache?

We've had schools make changes that aren't reflected in OneRoster immediately, but they do show up after maybe an hour or several hours.

Curious if there's a consistent exact length of time here.

    I'll just paste in what I got from my team:

    It's set to update every hour via a background job for the 4 types (users, enrollments, lineitems and results) but if any are long running or cause an error then it could continue to be stale data. If any schools are seeing stale data for over a day we should investigate it.

    also puts go right into the cache as well as our system, so results and line items should be instant

    I think that translates to:
    Any changes to data from within Blackbaud could take some time to show in the OneRoster data. Any changes sent to Blackbaud should show up instantly in Blackbaud.
