Break Relationships available?

Is there some type of API endpoint that allows the option to break relationships?

For example, currently in DBV, when someone is a former employee, I have been looking up each record and breaking the relationship between the constituent and the org record.

I'm wondering if I were to automate this process, is there an option to break the link?

Delete relationship is not the same as Break relationship. Delete relationship will remove the relationship record completely, whereas Break relationship only break the "link" between the 2 relationship records (one exists on either side of the 2 constituent record).

I don't believe there is a "break relationship" api. I also look at the PATCH (edit) relationship endpoint and there is nothing that suggest the "break" can be done.

You may need to "delete" and recreate with a non-constituent.

While I have never used it there does appear to be an api endpoint to delete the relationship
